How to return an order?

Returns can be easily managed through our website. Simply follow these steps:

 

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the “Orders” section.

3. Select the order and the item you wish to return.

4. Indicate the reason for the return.

5. Once the return has been requested, the pickup will take place on the next business day. If your order is not ready or you do not have the label printed, you can schedule a new pickup through the FedEx website of your country. You just need to go to “Shipping” and select “Schedule & Manage Pickups,” using the tracking number shown on the return label we provided. You can also take the parcel to any FedEx office.

6. Once we have received the order at our warehouse, we will check it and process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to be completed will depend on the payment method used and may range between 10 and 20 days. Shipping costs or other fees are non-refundable.
